Where is the topic on the modular base?

I've been searching and had no luck after several attempts, so hopefully the authour or someone that knows can link me to it.

One of us built a modern, modular series of buildings and they could all be stacked inside one another for ease of storage/transport. I'm embarking on the same idea and just wanted to eyeball an existing one.
