Missing posts

Is it just me? Since I joined the Forum a couple of years back, I've had at least half a dozen posts disappear into thin air.  I replied to one topic yesterday and today when I checked back, my post was completely gone! I saw my name in the Last Post field after I clicked on the Post button but now, nada.  I had to repost my reply, which, fortunately, was reasonably short.

Has this happened to anybody else?

This time it was here, http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=21641.0.  My original reply was about fourth or fifth down, I think.  Some time early morning Aug.17, rather than in the evening.

Just lost another one! I had replied to this post http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=22073.0 just before Silversixx edited his latest post but it's gone now.  Very frustrating! Now I have to remember what I said!

What I've done a few times is to preview my own posts before posting and then forgettimng to do just that. Push the 'Post' button, that is. Could it be something similar?

Not in this case.  My name was visible in the Last post column when I returned to the index page.  I left the forum for a few minutes and when I returned, Silversixx's name was visible after he had edited his own latest post but mine was missing.

That means I got power!

It can be a glitch in the forum that doesn't allow edits to be posted the same time as a new reply. So I assume that we managed to press "post" at exactly the same time or something like that
