My Rio Tinto Truck I painted based on a photo I don't have at hand at the moment.
On the front it has the markings:

                  UGT
       CNT                FAI


The box of the truck I painted green. Not military, but dark green like old cars.
To set it off against the grey of the metal plates, and considering it was built around a civilian truck.
