Yes Alternative Armies goblins will go wonderfully with these, give them an email and they might be able to sort you out. Often it is just the paperwork involved which stops them getting put online!

The kinkon goblins are the original goblin river pirates and they are lovely, lovely models!!!  :)

I beleive Mannequin also sell some K Adams goblins, not sure where his Nemesis goblins went (ex Bob Olley miniatures- sculpted by K Adams) though but they fit very well with the Hesslefree goblins too

Very nice shades and somewhat glooming colours. I like the light green skin tone a lot. However, not too keen on the miniatures as sculpt, but never mind. Might we expect a battle report?

Black Tree Design has Kevin adam's old Harlequin goblins, that have that cartoony-realism balance quite right too.

Thanks again for the compliments  :)

@area23, manic_miner, rob_alderman, Lowtardog:
Thanks for the links. That helps as I didn't know that there are still so many Kev Adams goblins available out there (haven't searched...).

Might we expect a battle report?
Hmm. I am a slow painter - so this is a long term project. Here is my plan: I want to start a rpg campaign with a whole Monster Manual painted and ready to go as soon as my son is old enough. My son is 1,5 years now - I have got to hurry! The battle report may take a while though...  ::)

What paints did you use ?
Mostly Foundry colors: storm green for the skin (27A, B, C with some white for the highlights and black for the shading), charcoal black for the trousers (34A, B, C), spearshaft for the wood (13A, B, C) and GW metal colors for the weapons (with some wash)...

Excellent skin tone!
Not sure about the skin tone - could be a little more yellowish imho...

...how do they rack up with other 28mm minis?
Here is a comparison pic (sorry for the selection - I don't have any better minis at hand actually). From left to right: foundry, hasslefree, old citadel (or gw? painted in the early 90ies - yuk...) and copplestone

Hope that helps,
Hagen

Ditto to everything that has already been said. I  :-* the warm colors/tones on the shield (wood-grain).

Nicely done...

They look good.  There used to be so many Citadel metal goblins or Marauder now it is plastic everything.  Some plastics are great and a good paint job really makes a difference, but I like the variety you get with metal...

Great looking PJ's.  It's hard to make green orcs stand out, but the execution here is wonderful.

AA are releasing lots of old miniatures.

My order arrived this morning.Mountain orc three pack which are amazing sculpts.I bought them when they first came out.Might still be in a box hidden some place.

The Lesser goblins are very cool little sculpts too.Eleven little fellows for £6.00 is very good.

Bought a few old school goblins from Gateshead gaming today too.All things orc and goblinoid are finding there appeal again(god help me).
