New Pulp SF PBeM game starting

I will be starting a new PBeM pulp SF game using War Rocket, and Fantastic Worlds for space and ground combat, in a society based on Jack Williamsons Legion of Space and Poul Anderson's Flandry of Terra, using the En Garde rules.
