And finally all the beautiful work was awarded today when Vikotnik won "Best game with new and innovative concept" at the Crisis show in Antwerp! You've got my congrats in person already, Karsten, but I heartily repeat it here once again!  :)

And as our medieval game "Worringen 1286: The Baron Wars" got the Best of Show award, two of the three main prices of the Crisis show went to members of this very fine board ...  8)

Being a happy man ...,

Yours

Congratulations in getting the "Best Demo Game Award" at Crisis 2007.

I must say it was well deserved.
Since my little stand was just opposite Vikotnik's game table I had the pleasure of seeing how the game table was used in diffrent ways during the day.
I wrote a bit about Crisis on the Open Talk Board.

Great show Vikotnik , well deserved.

Geboom.

Many, many thanks for the nice words and the congratulations, guys!
:)  :)

It was great fun being there and I will most certainly(If time, money and the next project permit...) be at Crisis 2008.

Driscoles, Zafarelli and me have met lots of nice people there and had lots of good beer!
I cannot recommend this convention enough!

@Admiral Benbow: Congrats to You, too! The prize for best of Show was well deserved! When I saw Your gaming boards with the miniatures in action, it really made my hands tickle!
@Hammershield: Please post some pics of Your older pieces!

I have made a few pics of the table being played at and I will post them in the next few days.
Here goes the second happy man... :)

This project is just fantastic! Very inspiring! And I think I will borrow your idea of using wood laminate flooring as the wood floor of the building there. Very effective and half the work!

Thanks for posting!

Last weekend, I had great games! :D
All of the players had lots of ideas when it came to swashbuckle and/or insult their opponents...
I even managed to take some photos while hosting but unfortunately, only three are recognisable due to my inability to make two things at the same time...   :?
Here they are:

Poliorketes and Yyrkoon swashbuckle around the staircase. Look at Yyrkoon pooling his dice! He even has TWO bordeaux rouge ones!!!

One of those belgian guys(Second from left) was most inventive when it came to using the bedsheets: Look at the guardsman buried under the cloth.

Here we see the Masters of Insult!  One of Murphy's Heroes(left) and White Knight(right) sledding around on the winter scene.

Thank You for dropping by and having a game, Guys!
 :)

Thanks for the congrats!:D

Sorry, Erwan, but there was a lot do do!
Are You the one who asked for a game at about a quarter to four?

I tried to find You, but did not succeed. Darn! If Y only knew that You have been just two tables away!:?

Did You consider coming to Tactica? Perhaps they could arrange a demo table for You, too! Plus, we could have a chat and a game there!

Too bad, that we were all too busy. I was the table next to Vikotnik and I hoped that some of you french guys came by. Thats because I really like your websites and work.

There was also a small forum meeting planned. Did someone show up ?

Tactica is really worth a visit. If possible you guys should give it a try.

From Hamburg to Antwerp is 550 km. You just have to add your km from your home to Antwerp and know the distance  :)

What about Toutatis next year ? Is it far from Antwerp ?
