These figures would be awesome in a Zombie game. I can see it now, in order to combat and protect its flock the Vatican (the Pope) has issues a Papal Bull (Decree) for all priests, monks and nuns to carry weapons, and to dispose of the vile, filthy, evil undead abominations that are now walking the earth.

I know it was mentioned Greek and Russian Orthadox priests, and while I would also love to see some other Religions represented too, but also understand that certain ones may be a very touchy subject to make any figures of the religious leaders bearing arms.

How about simply making them with open hands so they can be equipped with whatever weapons are suitable for the period they're going to be used in? That way they can be used in a lot more games...

I think I'd rather go down Rusiian or Greek orthodox routes first.

I reckon they'd make spiffy figures.

Plus alter servers are a must.

And tourists / civilians

Too many things to make!

I have read through this several times now and I hope you are reply to my post else this will all look a bit silly!
Sorry I didn't mean Eastern as in the middle east more Eastern Europe so places like russia etc.
Sorry for the confusion. Also the image is of a Orthodox Parish Priest ;)

That's a great idea. Maybe some Close Combat Weapon bits as well
Yearly painting challenges only show me how useless I am at painting...
