Not the ones I'm thinking about, but interesting...  :)

It was a metal range of minis that was said to be modelled to fit with the HQ/AHQ style, I think... Even some of the poses reminded of the AHQ men-at-arms.

There are metal figures in the Warhammer Empire range that are essentially identical to the AHQ Men-at-arms...

Yeah, but those I think of were non-GW. Never mind - I could probably find the thread with the link if I feel the need to...

It was time to get my hands on the original HQ Heroes. Some minis I didn't like at all, but who gain an incredible amount of life when painted.

The Elf

The Dwarf

I've seen them too. Maybe Blood Moon Miniatures? They do a lot of HQ inspired stuff.

All looks great!

Makes me wish I hadn't painted mine with hideous enamels back in the day.

Really nice, bright popping colours. Shame the flames always break off those candles, I have a few sets and the candle flames are missing on them all. The rats tails also use to break easily.

You'll have to branch out and start making a 3d dungeon next.

Lovely stuff - great paintjobs - like the small additions to the minis!

Any plans for game reports...?  :D
