I like the bulk discounts, as I have been trying to collect units of your figures rather than a few here and there, so it works well for me and encourages me to order in bulk.  I would be less likely to do so without the tiered discounts, but I guess it would depend on the price point.

I'd say, whatever works out best for you.  That, said, I have really appreciated you making these excellent figures available to others, and I hope that you can keep as many as possible in production.

Well, I hope that post didn't come off all whiney.  ;) It's just that my decision not to run this as a business, but as the creative hobby project it was intended as, needs some adjustment in order to cope with the expansion of the project.

I dont think it did mate at all, pointless losing money from your pocket for a project whihc by virtue of the plethora of figures being produced everyone wants a piece of the action :D I would try whihc ever option (or both) and see how it goes, the good thing is you are not contrained by it being a business :D

Airbornegrove26 painted up a set of the Knights of the Great Bear as Chaos Knights on the Oldhammer forum and they look fantastic. I always felt these could go both ways with the proper paintjob but didn't expect to see it confirmed so soon!

Finally some new stuff in metal. This batch includes the human girls and hackbut, the new halfling range and the halfling zombies. Pictures are shockingly bad, even by my standards, but they were taken in a hurry in less than ideal circumstances.

Fresh from John (not even in my possession yet), one of the upcoming dwarf inventors/engineers, this one with a hackbut/swivelgun:

That's very nicely done. I have the original Marauder gun team in the lead pile.
