New book Concord: Warriors of Imperial Japan
« on: September 15, 2010, 11:56:37 PM »
Has anyone else seen this book. It is pretty good; lots of original period photos in colour and black and white as well as Osprey style prints with text in English. VERY highly recommended for anyone interested in the Japanese forces in WWII.

You wouldn't believe it Scott, but my local military bookseller had one in and went immediately out the door. Same with the Tamiya 1/48th Japanese Navy Komatsu G40 bulldozer with IJN markings.

Military Modelcraft International July 2010 Vol 14 Number 9 has an article for the former. That's how I found out about the vehicle. Going by the review and build I think it will be very suitable for the collection and for gaming. It was lucky for me that I picked up the magazine for a peekaboo of the contents from my local newsagent.

Cheers,

Helen
