Corvus Belli's Infinity range, Ariadna faction, "Caledonian Volunteer with Light Grenade Launcher" is the model, and it is 30mm scale. Check Maelstrom Games or similar!

Indeed, I think the original design sketch for this wasn't intended for commercial use as such. 

Your paint scheme is effective and it makes her getup look almost believable given a desperate situation.
