Help me remember a manufacturer

Hey,

I'm looking for a manufacturer and I can't remember its name. IIRC it's a UK based company that makes sci-fi miniatures. They have several types of police forces and guys in long coats. Most miniatures have pistols or SMG's. I thought the paint jobs were mostly dark blue and dark grey.

Yeah, a bit vague, but that's all I remember. Big plus was they were quite cheap and looked quite nice, although the guns were somewhat simplish.

I bought some of thier miniatures earlier in the year, mostly nice but a lot of them had pre cast bases which are huge.
