I found it (did not buy it) in a comic store in Stockholm. I am sure you'll find it in similar stores in Germany.

I've seen the green SOTA-Cthulhu on a RPG-Con in Münster this spring, should be available via comic stores.

Just paid £8.95 for one on ebay, seller has two others left, found it on a call of cthulhu search.
