« on: 24 October 2010, 08:08:00 PM »
I'm looking for a resin sci-fi flyer... human or alien (both), but needs to be under 70mm wide...

quite liked the Old Crow stuff, but too wide...

ah obviously one of the more slender members of the gaming community - anything i sit on will be destroyed and only usable as terrain of ruined whatever !!!!

What scale?

This one's in 1:72, which would adapt well enough to 15mm:

Styrene though, not resin. Dunno if that makes a difference.

Don't give up on paper models just yet: they can be "converted" to your needs by filling the insides with something hard, like plaster or epoxy glue.

History viewed from the inside is always a dark, digestive mess, far different from the easily recognizable cow viewed from afar by historians.

Star Wars Flash Speeder with the side bits trimmed to make it narrower. Very cheap if you want lots!

What about this?

That's cruel - taunting people with something that been "coming soon"  for months :(

There is the one I build last year for BSC1:

Available here

Probably a bit wide, though, 90 mm instead of the 70 you mentioned.

Cheapest is probably the SW stuff.

I have a few fliers  ::) - though these may all be too wide for your needs.

Clone - Gunship, Arc 170

Droid - TriFighter, Vulture

After this there's the ISP Speeder (can be expensive) and as already mentioned the Flash speeder (usually cheap), the Skiff (hard to find) and the Rebel Troop Cart (dirt cheap).

If you change your mind about cardstock - try here.

If you are looking for a one/two man/alien vehicle try the old VOID range - still stocked by Scotia Grendel - the Syntha Tornado 2000 Grav Bike or one of the Cyclops tanks may work.

that's nice... the width is the engine pods I assume, so if I came up with something else... hmmm... need to check the height...
