Fenris - modern investigators
« on: 29 October 2010, 11:25:37 AM »
I've just had pics back of the green for the first in our new line of modern characters suitable for cthulhuish games and thought some of you might appreciate a look.

28mm to the eyes. First of a planned range of 12-15 character types that'll be in similar gear and equipment, with a mix of male and female minis.

Looking good 8)

What kind of base the finished figure will have? Small integral one or a tab like the GW ones?

Excellent! I really like this. The pose is inspired too.

Thought of any definitely-not-Alan Wake-ish-type figures? ;)

Glad to hear we seem to be on the right track here :)

what's next?

Mark's busy with the next two - a female with binox and a nerdy type, map reading. As noted earlier, have at least a dozen characters planned, all in a generally similar "uniform", and mostly unarmed/ lightly armed at best.

These will be cast with pinned feet rather than tabs or integrals - so they can be easily fitted straight to the resin scenic bases that'll be included.

I like this, there really seems to be a lack of modern adventure types. I got tons of swat/modern mil types and this fills in the gap before I would have to call those types in.

Very very sweet indeed. Ltd ed bases or just ones from the urban range?
