Painted up this West Wind Gothic Horror mummy today. It will get a Egyptian themed terrain piece sometime next month as well. More pictures on the blog: http://anatolisgameroom.blogspot.com/2011/02/journey-into-madness-crypt-king.html

The "Librarian" model from West Wind. Will use him as a Rouge Treshold Character for my Lurkers in Strange Aeons.

That reminds me, I've got a load of egyptian resin needles, anubii and sphinxes in my garage that would be perfect to make a themed egyptian Strange Aeons board.

And a good few mummies and such like too! ;)

That miniature is great! Reminds me of Cain from 'House of Mystery' (an old DC comic)
As always great painting.

After having painted a bunch of 15mm models I had to treat myself with a couple cool 28mm miniatures that I had saved for a special occasion, one of them being this Mad Scientist for Strange Aeons by Uncle Mike's. Einarolafson have already spoiled us with his superbly painted version, but here's my take on him. I think he would work perfectly as a "Dr Hugo von X" for Incursion as well, being the same scale as the Incursion range and all  :)

Nicely done Anatoli!  :o 8) :-* He looks gruesome and diabolical, as he should.

Been a really long time since I painted something for Strange Aeons, but I have a couple of models that will be painted as a break from my current 15mm FoW project.

A model I painted today to give me a break from all the 15mm stuff I'm currently assembling and painting. Lots more pictures on my blog, and a rant about the place from which I got the model:

Thanks - I can safely say that it was as disturbing to paint the little wiener as it is to look at. There's a first time for everything it would seem. I remember the good old days with genderless monsters  lol

Painted up 2 more models from the West Wind blister "Arctic Explorers" to make a trio of adventurous agents ready to explore the arctic caves and whatever else they might find inside. They will be used for Strange Aeons.

More pictures of the latest models on my blog, along with a few of the monster that they might encounter:

Super nice.

Although they look less 'artic' and more 'early spring' to me....LOL

Dang global warming.

@White Knight, thanks for your offer  :) - it has been sorted out. Or at least I got an email someday ago about them sending me the proper contents along with some "We're sorry" pieces to smooth things over. Would have been perfectly happy just to get those models I ordered. Will see what I'll end up finding in the envelope this time. Just hope the delivery will be faster than last time, which was 4 weeks.

Good to hear it.
Yes, delivery times are less than ideal. It's all harked up to not being a real shop and Pete doing all the donkey work in his spare time.

Yes it was Pete (the mouldmaker?) who sorted it out for me as I got no answer from the Frothers Shop email. Got Pete's email from another LAF member last week though, for which I'm very grateful.
