Love the notion of a Boer wars range. The Brits in that period can be used for Second Afghan War too, eh? Or was it the 3rd Afghan war?

You know...

Since they come with separate heads... Right?  All one needs to do is substitute something clean shaven... and you're on the way to Colorados, or Villistas, or anyone in 'civilian clothes' for the Mexican Revolution.

But Mausers.  Yes, must have Mausers.

Love the figures, not so keen on the price. 2 for £6 like the others is fine but £5 for one mounted and one foot is edging close to Foundry prices.

Lovely, but the horse on the second and fourth Picture are bad. Hope I can get it without these bad horses... The reast is brilliant...

Cripes yes just saw that as well.  4 foot for £5 is manageable, but you are right, that works out at roughly £4 for a horse figure and £2 for the foot - which is bordering on insane.

I see the price has been dropped from £6 to £5.  Good to see a manufacturer listening to feedback, looking forward to grabbing the packs of foot figures when the arrive.

When they first went up on the empress site, they were £6 for a foot and a horse figure. Now they are £5.

If it was just me who saw that price I would agree I was mistaken, but two of us in this thread saw the price at £6, so odd indeed.

And, hey, get those foot boers packaged up into four for £5 so I can order some ;-)
