First and only painted pirate ...ever?
« on: 02 September 2007, 10:41:09 PM »
Here is a couple of pictures of my version of the BillT Pirate sculpt painted
for the Steve Dean forum pirate painting competition.

For those who dont know, Bill from http://www.musketeer-miniatures.com/
sculpted this one off pirate for us all to
paint and enter into a one figure many brushes style competion.
My first ever pirate and first ever painting comp. I was no where near
the winning podium but was very chuffed with getting through to the finals.

Great work and the base is a nice touch.  The colors are a little drab to be "lusty" though.

Very nice, I especially like the base :)
