Yes I'm going to be difficult too - the tread from wheel 1 but the hub from 2.  ::)

Well no reason why you might.

I think the idea is when you're in ruts or mud you get that little extra bit of grip on the side. Being a VW Sharan driver I know these kind of things...  ;)

Useful in winter too… not that it matters too much now because our winter seem to have moved to Europe… ;)

they're mostly copies of in-production tyres, so whilst i dont know much about tyres, I was pretty confident that somebody somewhere made them for, apparently, some good reason.  lol
