Anyone know if there is an available model for the 24pdr Hales Rocket tube used by the Royal navy anywhere in 28mm?

Specifically, I am referring to the rocket tube used by the Royal navy in the 1870's-1880's.  There is a drawing of it being fired in the "British forces in Zululand" Osprey.  Everyone seems to make a 9pdr rocket trough, but not the RN tube.

Perhaps Empress might consider making one as they were used in the war..hint hint.
