Very impressive logistics train. Inspires me to keep working on my own.

Very nice indeed.  Love the detail a supply column provides.  Richard

Zuluwar,

This is why I do 15 mm!  My gaming philosophy is to include the wider world into the game - local folks and fauna - and, in this case, the all important logistical tail.  Delightful.

I too like supply columns with loadsa camels - they look great in 15mm. Here's the supply tail of my Warlord Chinese column.
The yaks are heavily converted oxen

Pack mules
And camels
more camels

and even more camels

Warriors dreams, summer grasses, all that remains

Can you tell us whose oxen you started with for the Yaks?  Great job, by the way.  Also, have you seen the highland cattle and, if so, did you give any thought to using those for an easier convert?  (I think Irregular has a new item for highland cattle - I got mine through the Quartermaster but seems a difficult man do to business with which is a real shame because he had some cool figures, especially the CUB range.)

I used the Minifigs 15mm Colonial wagon and oxen team
The wagon I cut in half and used the two halves with Han Chinese chariot wheels to make these Tea Caravan wagons harnessed to some Essex C Asian bactrian camels. Highland cattle would have been far easier to stand in for Yaks, but it was an interesting and diverting modelling experience. I used what I learned to 'shaggify' some of my camels and make new packs and loads.

Some good news.  It appears Falcon is back and has a web site with some photos.  Don't have the link handy but if you google Quartermaster AND Kai Weaver it should come up.
