Yes, I can conjure with those! I've already decided that 2011 is going to be "the year of the minion/trooper" as I have far too many hero/leader type figures and nowhere near enough minions/mooks/grunts/Basic Honest Infantry types. These guys will do nicely, especially the rifle-armed ones.

I have to say that I am a *leetle* disappointed that Mr Murch chickened out whern scuplting those Polynesians. Sizeable phallocrypts of some sort would really have made these miniatures, ahaha, 'stand out'. Did you see what I did there...?

They're Melanesians. Polynesians are the ones with the tattoos, ukuleles, and hula. :)

I am an semi-ethno-cretin. I read Tintin and The Phantom too much as a child, I believe.

To me all of South- and Meso-America have an indigenous population of arumbayas and most of East Africa is ruled by the the pygmy Bandar tribe and their chieftain Guran.

That's Johnny Keyes the 70s pornstar, I wondered what happened to him  ;)

Its dual purpose, not only does it attract the younger women of neighboring tribes, it also serves as an effective form of defense against the pygmy Bander tribe.
I have a cunning plan... as cunning as a fox who's just been appointed Professor of Cunning at Oxford University.
