Freebooter Mercenaries
« on: January 21, 2011, 08:30:20 AM »
Hi there

Two new Freebooter miniatures will be out next week, the first one was sculpted by Werner Klocke, the second (vaulting) one by Bobby Jackson. Both of them are mercenaries in the Freebooter's Fate game.

As always BEAUTIFUL stuff. I love the Freebooter range, but they are SO out of my price bracket.   :'(

Bobby Jackson? Cool.

But I always thought that Freebooter Minis were Werner's sculpting...  ???

Obviously, I am wrong...

True... but I at least like the Freebooter miniatures much better than those lines.

I like both of these new releases a lot.

Since the launch of Freebooter's Fate, Bobby Jackson has done the odd miniature in the range, a few deckhands and mercenaries.

Lovely miniatures! Saw them on TGN recently. The range is absolutely beautiful.

I love Mr Klocke's style - he has made some of my favorite miniatures in recent years.  I think Mr. Jackson is doing an impressive job sculpting figures that are not only strong in their own right, but style wise fit in well with Mr. Klocke's figures.
