Mad Moxxi
Moxxi is the proprietor of a popular night club / brothel near the slums district of NewPort called Moxxi's Red Light, she is also the owner and organsier of Moxxi's Underdome Riot, a massive abandoned sports arena that has been turned into a huge gladiator sports venue where gangs and crims are forced to battle against each other to the death. Many condemed convicts have been entered into these events, and the Underdome often rivals "Gang Wars" in the TV listings.

The General Surgeon of NewPort Hills & Staff
The Doctor was once a gifted plastic surgeon who treated most of the rich and famous, though during WWIV he was discovered preforming unnessacery operations and procedures on his patients. He fled into the slums of NewPort and then into the sewers, welcomed by the dreg and savages down there he has set himself up a new clinic.
His staff are loyal to him, none more so than old Slyvester, an againg action movie star that has had one to many plastic surgerys and is now falling apart, held together by grafted body parts and illiegal chems supplied by the Doctor's nurses.
Despite his habits, the scavs protect and supply the Doctor fresh body parts and victims on a regular basis in return for medical care they wouldnt get anywhere else.

Just had a chance to peruse the whole thread.  All I can say is Very nice.
