fabulous in every sense.

Thanks for the motivating reply, Bloggard...I'm trying to overcome the morning inertia.
With a bit of concentration & a modicum of effort, I should be able to finish the last two Knights sometime today or early tomorrow. Then it will photo time again.

Amazing (as usual I might add!)

In light of a recent thread I wonder if you ever paint anything else/ built stuff for other projects than this?

Thanks for the reply, Doc!

In light of a recent thread I wonder if you ever paint anything else/ built stuff for other projects than this?

This is what I've been working on for the last few years. When I first move from Long Island to Texas, I was still doing some mail order stuff; SO there were some 40K squads I did for a couple of Guys who were developing the Death Squad Game, & some 40K terrain for another. I've been painting/modeling & some times gaming for more than half a century now. I've had 18th century armies in 54mm, 30mm Napoleonics, thousand of minis for AD&D (Cap'n John has around six hundred in a display case here), AND lots of minis for commissions.
I tend to stick to a project/theme for a long time before moving on to another. I figure I've only got one good project left in me...this one.

By the way, what is the recent thread? I miss a lot lately.

Job well done!

Really looking forward to whatever 'Strangeness' you come up with next  :)

Thanks, Tactalvanic! I'm glad you like the Guys/Gals/Whatever.
I started on the next bit of strangeness last night; i.e., The Psycho Faerie with the bloodies shears & the decapitated Flower. She fits in with the Rapunzel Gang.

Thanks, Paul. They were fun to paint & set the mood for future pieces. I'm delighted you like them.

"Oh baby!", indeed.

Wells it's awful nice to see them all finished together like this. As always, can't wait to see what's next.

Thanks, Fram. I'm happy you like the Gang.
Funny you should mention what's next. Since I had her intimidating a couple of the Goblins about Town, I started on the Psycho Faerie earlier today:

...scary, eh?!

I have been spending a lot of time going though this collection and loving every minute of it.  I'm glad that the Psycho Faerie has become a focus because I have looked several times to see if the Psycho Faerie's manufacturer has been mentioned and I can't find it if it has.  So please tell me who the manufacturer of the Psycho Faerie is, and thank you so much for posting this wonderful collection of craziness which always brings a smile to my face.  Richard

Thanks for the reply, Richard. I'm glad you are enjoying the stuff.
I wish I knew who made the Girl. I got her probably ten years ago, & just can't remember the manufacturer.

ADDENDUM: the Faerie is from Kenzer & Co's Fairy Meat Miniatures.

AND at the end of the day:

Coming along nicely...

Have you ever mentioned how you do the flowers? Do you get pre-made fake flowers and sculpt faces on to them or do you do them entirely yourself, or... ?
