Coming along nicely...

Have you ever mentioned how you do the flowers? Do you get pre-made fake flowers and sculpt faces on to them or do you do them entirely yourself, or... ?

The flower is a couple of floral pieces from Michael's Craft Store. The flower is cloth & the rest is plastic & floral wire with a Green Stuff Face. The flower & the stems are from different floral pieces; I wire them together with the wire making tendrils for show & providing the ability to pose the piece on a practical level.

...now it's the Faerie's turn...to be painted that is.

Not exactly Earth shaking progress, but progress nonetheless. I did up the Crazy Girls wings, hair, & flesh tones:

...there you have it...such as it is. This is actually the first time I've chronicled a piece 's progress on a daily basis. The normal thing for moi is to post the based & base coated mini; when next seen, it's done. I must say...well I don't really have to say, but I think I will anyway...I am finding it a motivating way to paint.
