If my own work starts to take a more creative & unusual (mischievous?) turn, you'll know why.  :D

Being a good influence is one of those things I can relate with...or have ever been accused of.

IT is complete & the base is coming along quite nicely:

...photos of the finished piece should be posted later today...hopefully.

...later today:

AND there you have IT; whatever IT may be.

Thanks, von Lucky. IT is creepy though...I'm glad you liked IT anyway.

Creepy was the first word that came to mind as well.

Of course this is not unusual for Nala's work by any means.  lol

My whimsical may have gone macabre on me. Thanks for the reply, Fram.

This is true...there's also surreal & just-plain-nuts to consider.

...that is what I'm shooting for; i.e., that it is as much fun viewing as I'm having painting, converting, modeling, & stuff...or close.

Once more distracted, I started om the Leprechaun last seen edging away fro the W.I.P. IT:

Yesterday I based the Little Rogue, painted the base, & had to wait until the Internet was more cooperative to post the progress:

I finished his flesh & hair last night between innings. Hopefully, weather & Internet permitting, I'll have some more progress photos to post later today...or not.

In this case guilt by association might not be so far off the mark...there is something more than mischievous about the little rogue.

Looks great, if somewhat sinister.

And his fungal friend bears a resemblance to H.R. Pufnstuf.  :D
