SO...after doing the dry brush & taking these photo, I was off to Austin. Now before it's time to call it a day I can finally post the pics.
This is the Dread Pumpkin Head Shaman wielding the Mystic Bone of Contention:

AND the group thus far...these will be two separate Gangs eventually:

...more tomorrow.
I'd NEVER join a club that would have me as a member.  G.Marx

Thanks MUCHO, Fram! That's the first time my stuff rated a poem...I did have One Eyed Jacks playing through my head though.
Well, I'm not sure my mangling of WWII-era songs counts as poetry, but I'll take the compliment anyway lol

Weird Al Yankovic made a career out of giving new words & life to old songs...I do it to stop them repeating endlessly through my head. It's an art form!

It was one of those days when staring into space seemed The Thing to do. I did rebase the Shaman to include give him a bit more atmosphere & a couple of Mushrooms for company:

Some progress has been made today...sort of. I have the next three Pumpkin Heads assembled, primed, based, & ready for some color.
...a Little Guy with a blunderbuss & a Big sword:

...similar sans the blunderbuss:

...another Tall Guy:

...a possible for The Witch:

...AND, finally, The Group:

...there you have it thus far.

Thanks, Tobias. I'm glad you like the additions. The Little Guy with the two hander is a feisty rogue; I rather like him myself.
I have a mystery disappearance I'm investigating at the moment. The Big Guy with the sword & pistol is missing. Only his sword arm has been found after an exhaustive...Old men get exhausted easily...search. Foul play is highly likely. I figure rather than go nuts, I'll make a story out of the thing.

DeafNala, GREAT WORK as always, CONGRATULATIONS!  ;)

I always have a fun time identifying the GW bitz you use in those wonderful Pumpkin Heads! lol

Thanks for the kind reply, dinohunterpoa! If you ever draw a blank on the parts, let me know, & I'll give you the info.

The Tall Pistoleer remains missing. Two possible witnesses were questioned:

...the one on the left said: "muffgooblik." The one on th right: "We were in Switzerland at the time." Both seemed plausible.

I snapped out of the Yule Funk a little while ago & now have the Pumpkin Shaman's base just about done:

...with nothing worth watching on The Tube, I should start coming up to speed again...such as that is.
One of the pluses for taking photos is that they point ot little slips that are missed in a casual viewing. Some touch ups are in order now.

NEWS FLASH: The errant Pumpkin Head Pistoleer has been found & reunited with his sword arm. He was found upside down in one of the paint trays. His Comrades were thrilled to see him...for the most part.
