I'm looking forward to painting him regardless.

And I am looking forward to see him painted AND gaming with the other fellows!  ;)

Seeing him painted is a guaranteed; gaming is doubtful.

Yes, that bunch looks quite the part! They'll come up a treat.

Which mini is that on the far right? I confess I'm not quite sure what's going on the head of that sculpt, but I think that's just the angle of the photo. Looks Privateer Press-y, but I could be wrong (maybe it's Reaper Chronoscope?).

Thanks, Fram. I think the will work together pretty sweetly....as long as I get the painting right.

She is from Reaper's Pathfinder range: 60085 Lirianne, Gunslinger. The Pathfinders tend to be smaller than the rest of Reapers pieces. This one has the tiniest face I've ever done on a more or less human sized miniature...the hood & the hat limit the view even further. I did her face before I even based her to make sure it was there & it looked okay. The somewhat off appearance does, however, make her work with the Witch's Crew somehow...we'll see how well once see's done.

Thanks Nala!

My pleasure, Fram. Once you get by the tiny face, she is a cute miniature.

The Von Kurst Gang, blurs the line between happy/colourful and nightmarish.

Thanks for the reply, Ragnar! They do have a certain duality to them. I adds to the surreal feel of the place...I hope.

DeafNala, she seems to be stolen from John Blanche's miniatures cabinet in the 80s, CONGRATULATIONS!!!  ;)

Lovely piece, I have just stared into that set of Alice pics for quite a while, so much in there.

Thanks for the reply & the comparison, dinohunterpoa! Blanche's miniatures were really quite something; I guess they still are.

Thanks for the kind reply, Normsmith! I'm glad you like her. She looks somewhat better in person. My Camera of Continual Contrariness objects to photography other females.

Always worthwhile to review the thread. :D

Thanks, Fram. I try to keep it interesting or, at least, strange.

While I was at it I took a Group Portrait of the Witchy Girls I have so far. Witches are favorite characters (& real girls as well) with me; SO there will be more:
