Hmmmmm.... Looks more like an Arthur to me.  ;D ;)

...that he does, but then Arthur was played by Dudley.

I started the third photo stage, The Twisted Tower, yesterday:

This one should work better for group photos & larger pieces...hopefully.

Ohohoho that moon. Love it!

Isn't that cool? I got that from Paul of Matakishi's tea house; it is one of his 3D prints that I got in exchange for some of my Mushrooms.
It's on a dowel so it can be swapped out for the other, less personable side of the moon.

Not knowing how something will look when complete is an exciting part for me also. I have been looking at it. It changes each time I do.
AND this is the stage; imagine what the actors will look like. Thanks for the response, Dinos.

Yesterday the tower got some clay work. It now has a Howard Johnson look to it that the shingles will only correct after they are painted:

Today the Female Troll Mage got some attention:

AND on her base:

Hopefully more will get done today with some photos...eventually.

Always good to see progress, my cob (adult male swan).

And the female mage looks like a 1970s illustration given life. I like it.

Of late, my get up & go has got up & went. As such any progress is welcome.
I am glad you like her, von Lucky. Thanks for the reply. I think she looks like a Froud illustration myself.

The tiled roof is now close to completion. I will do some texturing when the clay dries a little:

Lest I forget (which I did) I knocked out the thin sheets of clay that the shingles are made of with this Makin's Ultimate Clay Machine:

Until whenever...

Since "well enough" should never be left alone, I added a couple more pieces to the mix:

The tiles will be added once the clay has dried a bit. I'll see what trouble I can get into while I am waiting.

...sometimes. I usually call it quits a little after I should have, but I do have fun overdoing it.
AND while the clay dried, I started a tree for the Tower:

I'll have to have it modeled & primed before I can glue it down, but it's coming along.

The Tree on the Cliff got some attention along with hot glue, plumber's epoxy putty, & green stuff:

More on whenever.

You've probably seen that Thunderbolt minis is closing since there's another thread about it in this very subforum (they are accepting orders up until Dec 25th), but I wanted to point out this particular range of theirs, just in case you hadn't actually looked at the site: https://www.thunderboltmountain.com/collections/all/savage-and-sparkle

The woolies and the angry fairy girls "infantry" seems quite suited to your oeuvre.  :D
