Another outstanding composition of yours came out! Very atmospheric!
The Goblins have great face expressions and once more an overall bold color combination that worked well!
And it will be perfect if you could possibly photostage it in the Spooky Woods environment!

Before when you had the fae gobbos on their own, I had Flight of the Bumblebee in my head.

But now with that base, I hear Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy.

Those gobbos are up to something nefarious in any case, with only the shrooms to witness it.

Also love the eyes hiding in the tufts, on the side of the base.

Thanks, Mars Miniatures. I usually get The Teddy Bears Picnic from my stuff...it's a jungle out there.
The Goblins do have an untrustworthy look to them. It could be their shifty eyes. I am glad you like the piece.

Oh my god, I didn't even notice those. Brilliant!

...getting the eyes to show up in a photo was a royal pain. Even when they did appear it was easy to overlook them.
Having new things noticed with each viewing makes it a success for me. I am glad you like it, Fram.

Thanks, Dinos. I am delighted you like it. I'll either use the Spooky Woods or the Mushroom Forest stage.
A black setting wold work if all else fails.

The Death Shroud grows where The Dead are restless. The Dead claim it is all that wailing that makes them restless:

There you go.

Damn! Looks great. That tombstone looking askance at the shroud is perfect.

While I start wondering "what he'll do next", you surprise us with this composition!
The Dead are restless and your imagination is more! I haven't seen something like this before!
Evocative, original, atmospheric, in your own style! Cheers!

Thanks, Fram. I meant to post this a couple of days ago.  I am glad you like the piece.
The Tombstone supplies some support for The Shroud.

I had The Shroud waiting for basing for quite some time. I have done quite a few Haunted Tombstones & Spooks.
It just seemed the way to go with the eerie Mushroom. I am happy you like it, Dinos!

Not that bad at all, one could even argue it is kinda okay ;D

Jokes aside, you keep surprising your audience with your very own rich and colourful style. In a few decades art history students will have to study the works of DeafNala, without doubt.

Thanks for the kind reply, LordOdo. I am glad you like the stuff.
I will be happy if I know it hasn't all been trashed once I'm not around to object.

Don't even think about that!

An amazing explosion of photos! And you ged so perfect lighting, making these bright colors you use, really pop!
The pics I like most are these with the devious gobbos strolling around!
I think they are of the best pics you have taken, the eyes of most mushrooms seem to be emitting light!
And, of course, for good pics to be taken, the stuff was good!  :-* Cheers!

These photos were taken using the backs of two W.I.P. photo stages. The stuff does look pretty cool on black backgrounds. It is like they stepped out of the surrounding dark into a pool of light.
The Goblins are my favorites also. They have such delightfully insane smiles...one of G.W's finest moments. I am happy you like them, Dinos!

It seems your photo stages not only look good but are doing their job as well!

The legend continues to grow... What more can be said? Haha! The one that has an additional face on it's cap particularly brings me joy. Inspiring work, as always!

I didn't actually use the stage, just the back parts for a black background. The Spooky Woods was a bit too narrow for the Faerie Goblins.
I am glad you liked the results, Fram. Thanks for the reply.
