Would have figured he'd have been painted in March, given how mad he looks.  ;) lol

So complicated a miniature!
And the tentacles of some beast emerging from the sewers!
And warm and striking colors! One more great job of yours!

The sewer water is undrinkable I presume!  :)

...aside from its noxious nature, the water is more of a gel than a liquid. Drinking isn't an option here.
I am happy you like the way the piece turned out, Dinos. Thanks for the reply.

Rather like the Patapsco and the Chesapeake... almost walkable, when they're not on fire.

The River Ankh that flows or gives the impression of flowing through Ankh-Morpork came to mind also.

Thanks, Tobias. I am glad you like the Gang.
George is my favorite as well. He was painted in '11 & has stood the test of time.

Gaseous George found his friends!
Striking colors and phosphorizing eyes! Very well done!

Thank you, Dinos. I am delighted you like them. They actually proved to be fairly enjoyable to paint.
I wish that Rackham gave their sculptors credit for the pieces they made. I would look for more of this fellows work if I knew who he was.
They do have quite a lot of character, & the detail is somewhat less fiddly than most Confrontation stuff.

Did you just add more yellow to the green or another colour too?

Thanks von Lucky, I am glad you like them.
I usea a wet Black Forest Green as a base; then Irish moss with Citron as the final highlight. I often use Lemon Yellow as the final highlight, but not this time.
I have a new color, Pistachio, that would work for the final dot. All the colors are DecoArt/Americana except for the Pistachio which is FolkArt.
