Thanks, Dinos. I am glad you like her. I think the added mushrooms add a nice finishing touch. They aren't something I would add to all the Mushrooms, but some of the bigger or fancier ones benefit from the extra details.

There have been dozens of small mushrooms added to the work in progress board. Most all of the Mushrooms have been undercoated:


Some of the little mushrooms wound up on one of the Mushroom's cap:


Two new Mushrooms were sculpted. These two were done without the normal plumber's epoxy putty dollies. only greenstuff:


AND two of the Trees now have faces:

Thanks, Dinos. I am happy you like the Trees. There is quite a lot of work left to be done on them: next the air dry clay (Das) for bark. then some hot glue teasing on the branches, painting, & groundwork.  I have two more underway; one of which still has some wire work to be done. One of the Mushroom Witches may be part of this group.

Thanks, Fram. I am pretty excited about finally doing the faces on the Trees as well. It is a start.
Now the thing is to avoid having every Mushroom with sprouts. Getting in a routine way of doing things is one of my crafting faults. I am also trying to develop more types of mushrooms. Eventually I hope they will look like they were rejected for Dr. Seuss due to excessive strangeness.

I will keep you updated as the Trees progress. Even what seems like insignificant progress can takes hours to achieve.
I am planning on doing a number of somewhat smaller, less complicated trees, rather like the difference between mushrooms & Mushrooms. I will post progress with them as well.

The enthusiasm is there, if only the energy matches it & my eyesight improves a bit.
