Thanks, Fram...I'm glad you like it!

So many wonderful things going on there.  :-*

I was afraid it might be too busy. I'm glad I left out the Ferris Wheel & the Eiffel Tower now.

And bloody gorgeous too, of course.

Thanks YET AGAIN for ALL the WONDERFUL responses!

I do very much like this great piece.

please keep pictures coming.

I promise not to disappoint you, GS. Now that Baseball Season is coming to an end the time I spend watching all those games can be spent making strange pieces & painting minis to match.

This gets more wonderful every time I see it! :-*  :-*

And now we know your secret, I'm going to start eating eggs like there's no tomorrow! lol

The eggs may very well have something to do with it all. At the least, the cartons are where I store my finished minis & those that are based, primed, & ready for the brush...gives some small indication of the amount of work left both painting & taking photos.

Jaw-droppingly captivating scenery! And if we, or at least Paul, haven't seen nothing yet, can't wait to see what you have in store for us  ;D

I have another of the Live-In Giant Mushroom that are SO in vogue with the Witchy Ladies underway. I should have photos up of it within the next couple of days.

To lay to rest rumors of my death or commitment here are some new W.I.P. photos. The one corner is starting to look almost done..are scenery projects ever truly done?

Thanks, maxxev!
The scaffolding was actually intended as practice for all the walkways I'd like to add to the Maudeheim/Goblin City board when I eventually get back to it. I'm rather pleased with the results thus far.

:o  and   :-*  and 8) ...as usual, mate!

It is the sheer variety of colours and textures that you have going on that continually amazes me.

Wonderful stuff.
All of it.

The colours were the first thing that caught my eye when I got to look through this latest batch of photos. The palette is perfectly fanciful and a bit sickly at the same time. To continue to echo the previous posters, the walkways are awesome. Are the planks made from craft store material or mother nature supplied?

Loving it all,
Jevenkah

Thanks for all the kind comments, Guys & Gal!

I don't generally think out the colors for my thingies; I just go with what feels right. The vibrant colors add to the surreal feel of the place; i.e., they don't look like the "Real World".

To continue to echo the previous posters, the walkways are awesome. Are the planks made from craft store material or mother nature supplied?

Yes. That is they're made of God's balsa wood that I pick up at Michael's. The planks are 1/4"X1/8" & the supporting beams are 1/4"X1/4". I distress them with a course hobby saw to emphasize the wood grain.
