My word, who's this huge fellow?

I joined my gun with pirate swords, and sailed the seas of cyberspace.

The Giant is Blorg, Hill Giant from Reaper's Dark Heaven Range. I added a saddle & have him riding a Reaper Krungbeast from their War Lord Range.

He looks great, DeafNala! Would like to see another figure similarly-styled ;) will your Shakespeare or Don Quixote be painted like that?

Thanks, Princess!
If you mean the Giant, he's only primer coated. I dry brush white over a thin black base coat as my primer. Shakespeare, Don Quixote, & the Giant will all be done in my usual bright(garish) colors.

I see ... I thought they were meant to be statues! Thought it looked cool :)

Of course, they will still look cool once they're suitably attired to match the rest of the population!

I really should mention somewhere in my posts when I put up a primed mini that it is just primed; a lot of Folk have taken them as finished pieces. My friend, Edwin, thinks the black & white is cool also...you're in good company.

At least I'm not alone! Looking forward to seeing him finished, then :)

Well, I meant in context of your town.  ;)

It's nice to know the source though!

Now I get you...originally, it was a Paul Bunyan & Babe idea, but then I got an image of the Giant riding the Ox(Krungbeast) into the Shanty Town like Mongo in Blazing Saddles.

CandyGram for Mr. Mongo...insert Loony Tunes theme music...KERBOOM!
Another Great Theatrical Moment.

NOW THAT IS A GREAT IDEA! It could repel any possibility of a Dwarf invasion...cheap little buggers. Actually you have me thinking of where to put one...maybe in the second Spooky Woods board.

lol

Now that you mention it, the SPCA would not approve.
Viewed from the side, Mongo's feet dangle a 1/4 of an inch above the road; AND he's riding the Beasty in a conventional manner....Giants do have a bad reputation.

Yeah, I would say that's probably one of my top 5 favourite movies and has been for years. I just mentioned in another thread on LAF that I prrrrrobably have the whole thing memorized.

By the by, I wouldn't let that giant eat any beans, if you get my drift.

SO here's a better view of Mongo & Babe to allay any misgivings about what they are about:

AND some of the Resurrected Mushroom Guys formerly inhabiting the Maudeheim Board:

I'm now planning on making a small two sided puppet stage for doing photos of minis with one side being an Underground Scene & the other a Spooky Woods Setting. The newly touched up Mushrooms should figure large in both.

Comment are as is my wont requested.
