Thanks, LordOdo! I always have ideas; on occasion they're good...I like your way of putting it better.

That looks fantastic DeafNala! The level of detail you pack in is fantastic (read eye door) and there is so much character (read statue and tombstones) in the build. Well done! I too like the vibrant colours, they sing. :) the gate is pretty fab as well.

What is the green slime? Are the locals putting on a slip-n-slide??? ;)

Cheers
Matt

That eye door is insanity given shape. The whole thing is brilliant and well worth the wait!

:-* That graveyard is fantastic. Why you gotta be on the other side of the world to me?  lol I'd love a game on it.

Thanks, again Matt!
The idea for the door came from the window on Spook's Place in the Shanty Town; AND the Haunted Tombstones just follow along with the Mushrooms.
I have another of the Reaper mini (02310 St Tarkus) I used for the St Lascivious Statue; Lascivious will be around keeping the pigeons away from his statue.
The slime is actually supposed to be moss, although slime would work as well considering the neighborhood. There is a lot of that sort of moss growing in terraced formations around here.
The vivid colosr just come naturally for me...it may be yet another sign of imminent senility.

That eye door is insanity given shape. The whole thing is brilliant and well worth the wait!

AND thanks again to you also, Fram! Your continued support of The Project is much appreciated. I thought the door was pretty nuts also...I try to maintain only a tenuous hold on Reality...at best.

Thanks, Diakon! Sometimes I'm convinced that everyone I'm fond of is on the other side of the World...it would explain the low density of population here in Texas.

Indeed, very clever at that.

Great work on the graveyard, it would be intriquingly spookish to wander upon there during the night (well, during the day as well), hearing the tombstones talking :)

Thanks, pocoloco...I needed a bit of motivation this morning.
The place looks REALLY EERIE by candle light. When I start introducing the Denizens, I'll try to do some darker, atmospheric photos.
I can imagine an ongoing argument between the Tombstones & the Mushrooms punctuated by an occasional shriek.

oh, can't wait to see the candlelight pics!  :o

You wouldn't happen to have those flickering electrical candles (seen those sold by the Warlord Games, amoung others)... could create nice eerie light inside a catacomb or hovel by the graveyard.

I'll give the dimly lit photos a try when the Mushrooms are all in...the first group got planted earlier this morning.

I'll also check out the flickering lights. They would be perfect as you say for the Catacombs...may be a Mad Scientist's underground laboratory...BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

This has to be the most insane thread on the forum. I love every photo you post here. This graveyard is spectacular!!!
Does this mean you now have to make Ghost-Mushrooms?

Thanks, Michka. Though I usually am rather down on my photographic abilities, I'm delighted you are enjoying the efforts.
The Mushrooms are probably spooky enough, but now you have me thinking...how about Vampire Mushrooms/
