Thanks again, Doomhippie! While I do enjoy other Folk's subdued shades, I just naturally gravitate toward vivid colors. The Bounding Boys colors are a bit brighter in the photo than in actuality, although they are still quite bright.

I love the combination of the fungi with the fun goblins.

And the graveyard is looking smashing! The pictures came out pretty themselves too. Dimly lit photos are a bit of a challenge; one piece of advice I would offer when trying that is to make use of a tripod/stack of books and the timer on the camera. If ever I've seen a game board I would be afraid to be in a dimly lit room with, it would be yours! Wear some garlic when you set up those shots.

Loving it all,
Jevenkah

Thanks, Jevenkah. I'm glad to see you're still enjoying the Project.
Mushrooms & Goblins do make a good, if somewhat bizarre combination...is that White Rabbit I hear?

Fear not: The Denizens of the Graveyard live in fear of the Camera of Continuous Contrariness & its Evil Lens...who knows what horrid images await the long suffering subjects?

Since the last batch of photos, I've added a few patches of Mushrooms around the board. AND, as we speak, I'm gluing down shingles to the ruined Chapel on the Hill. The basic modeling is done; & the Beasty is painted black. I'm hoping to have the roof & the white dry brush done before the first pitch in the Braves/Phillies game...hopefully.

Great stuff.

Takes me back... o_o

Thanks, Skrapwelder. The flashbacks stopped a while ago for moi...OH WOW! The colors, Man!

Thanks, Guys!! The two units of Goblins & Squigs were done about ten years ago, when I was briefly interested in the possibilities of playing War Hammer. I still have all the other units, but these two were sold on eBay for a ridiculously low amount of $s. Still they are hopefully getting in some game time, which was the main reason for selling them. The photos were done by my friend Edwin "Mordheimer".

Thanks for the kind reply, Paul...glad you like them.

There are many things I lack or fall short on, but imagination (of a strange, yet entertaining sort) I have in abundance.

As with all Terrain Projects, there will be yet more details that must be added. In the interim, your kind comments would be appreciated...kind of.

That is, as always, both evocative and amazing.
I especially like all the little details allready in there, like the smoke from the candles, and the (trademark) grinning mushrooms.

Good stuff.

There must be an echo around here as I was thinking just that.

Top work, Al.
Love it!

Thanks for the kind replies, Guys!
The little embellishments are the part of The Project that most appeals to moi. I'm, of course, delighted that that is the part that seems to attract the most positive reactions. The Tree will be getting some further attention & there are posters & such to add to all the boards...another fifty years or so should see it all wrapped up...then on to something new.
