Thanks again for your replies, Fram! The positive feedback I get is a major motivating factor for moi.
The atmosphere seems to carry over from one board to the next; so the project just flows from piece to piece...it may be nuts but it's consistent in its nuttiness.

Can't wait to see what you do with the upper floors. All sorts of dens of ill-repute, I'm sure.  :D

When I started the Board a few years ago, it was going to be an extension of some other Mordheim Boards I had done for an erstwhile friend. I  think I'm going to continue with the very tall ruins, but have them in a state of reoccupation & repair. SO there will be some closed area, others that are readily accessible for gaming, lots of scaffolding & connecting walkways for some daring do, & the sort of sleazy establishments one would associate with a slum...ill repute is in.

The Mushroom structure is the sort of thing that will form the upper stories:

...minus the Mushroom of course.

Swashbuckling at dizzying heights adds to the excitement of the game...AND another layer of ooze on the streets.

Reach for the skies, that's the spirit!

Looking mighty fine already Sir  8)

Will there be smaller mushrooms sprouting out on the sides?

Thanks for the kind reply, pocoloco! I'm glad you like it so far. I'm rather pleased with it also, which should push me to carry that feel along to the next level.
My tendency to get carried away with things should add to the height.

I never know where the mushrooms will spring up. Some places just look right for them. I think some shelf mushrooms will be in order though.

As a bit of news: I finish sculpting the first two Haunted "Wanted" Posters. One will probably be for the notorious Bunny Badenhop.

Thanks, Brummie. It's good to know you're still with moi. Keeping as busy as possible seems like a good idea at the moment; maintaining momentum is less of a struggle than gaining it at my age...inertia is The Pits.

Ooh, these sound interesting, I like it a lot, even without any pics of the said posters :)

Have we seen Bunny Badenhop in this thread before?

A W.I.P. photo is a SPENDID idea, pocoloco. Thanks; it would never have occurred to me without your suggestion:

I'm not sure which one will be Bunny; probably the one on the right. I now have a picture of a tall, thin, long legged Rogue with incredibly big feet...this may be a conversion challenge.
There's a gangling relief pitcher for the Boston Red Sox named Burk Badenhop; I inflicted the nickname of "Bunny" on him...he looks like a "Bunny". SO, no he's not appeared in the thread...yet.

I'm delighted you like them. Since you showed an interest in seeing the W.I.P. pieces, I figured others might like it also; SO I posted the pic on a couple other forums...you got credit for the idea at each of them.

Thank you Sir, it's an honour, unexpected and also undeserved , as I merely was delighted with the idea of haunted wanted posters.

What are the crimes Bunny that have made him notorious... besides having big feet :)

I'll have to come up with some background for Bunny should I make the mini, It would be a cool piece; long feet would be a fairly easy conversion: AND doing backgrounds fits with the story telling terrain. You are a FINE source of ideas/inspiration. poco!
