More great additions, I'll be sad when they're all done and I have no more to look forward to... ;)

Thanks, W.K.; I'm delighted/relieved that you like them. You do have some of THE MOST enjoyable miniatures to paint. AND you are right; i.e, with some miniatures, finishing is the best part of the process, but with charming, little characters like your creations, there is a certain sadness that the end is reached rather like reaching the final words of a cherished tale. Of course there are still the Pony Guys to do...OH BABY!

You're actually looking through ALL the photos. DON'T DO IT...you'll go blind or something just as awful. Well, maybe not. All that aside, thanks for the kind reply & taking the time to look at all those photos. I am delighted you enjoyed what you've seen.

Not a moment to soon, the Rescue Party has arrived:

AND with the Doppel Dwarf Soldats all painted up...

...The Honorable Company of Dwarfen Mercenary Rogues less the Halfling Morale Officer & His Marching Band is Finished:

There are a few more minis from Black Tree that will be added...provided they eventually arrive. Now on the the Knights, Pistoliers, & the Halfling Company...among others.

Damnation and doubloons, what a great company of fellows. The sharpshooter looks like he's seen some long nights waiting for targets to line up in his sights!

Thanks, Fram. As always, I'm glad you like them. It has been awhile since I've done even a small unit of minis. I like the the skirmish level mass effect even if that does sound like a contradiction of terms. The Sharpshooter has had his ability to hit a Cathedral at point blank range questioned on another Forum...he's not weary; he's depressed.
I have some Slayers & alternate options coming from Black Tree which I hope to someday receive...the North American Guys have been helpful, but they have to wait for the UK Guys to send their restock. C'est la vie or why me?!

Thanks, leonmallett. I always enjoy other Folks' Group Portraits; I'm glad you liked mine.

I finished the bases for the Knights & Pistoleers:

They look somewhat paler than in real life, but close.
You may notice the Trooper on the left bottom photo & his mount have the same devilish grin.

You're going to have a quite a horde by the time you're done. What faction will these folk represent in the world of DeafNala? Are they the city watch in this seedy slum? Militia or Standing troops more apt to cause havoc as roustabouts in town than on a battlefront somewhere far away? A mercenary company mustering up for adventures elsewhere? Actual invading forces?
