SUPERSYSTEM 2007 HOLIDAY SPECIAL
« on: October 13, 2007, 10:38:29 AM »
From the Supersystem Yahoo Group:
"SUPERSYSTEM 2007 HOLIDAY SPECIAL
Comic book fans growing up in the 1970's and 1980's may remember
that DC and Marvel Comics produced holiday themed specials and "grab-
bag" books that would often hit the newsstand rack somewhere between
November and December. These titles offered fun, off-beat stories,
games, and general zaniness not normally seen in the month-to-month
releases. In this grand tradition we at Four-Color Figures present
our first SuperSystem/SuperFigs Holiday Special. Why do a special?
Well, we've got a thing or two up our sleeves and really wanted to
share them with folks.

First off, in the true spirit of the holidays, this dandy little PDF
will be free--our gift to SuperSystem and SuperFig fans everywhere!
Also, we'll be offering new rules for playing SuperSystem in 15mm,
with plenty of shots of our new packs of 15mm SuperFigs. Some of
these miniatures will come from our "shrinking" packs, while others
will be brand new sculpts.

Additionally, we'll be offering rules for more streamlined combat,
and some new rules for ranged attacks. Also look for some linked
scenarios with a World War II theme.

Look for the release of the PDF and the new 15mm SuperFig packs
sometime this December.

Scott Pyle"
cheers and keep on gaming, Agis - https://www.adpublishing.de

Neat.  I like their ruleset quite a bit actually.  Glad to see they are still coming up with new minatures and suplements.

I was actually using their Supersystem for Fantasy Wargaming for a little bit.  I've considered putting together a Pulp Supersystem rules set as well.

I really enjoy these rules and look forward to getting both the suppliment and perhaps some 15mm figures, a scale that is much easier for me to game with in my tiny apartment. I have been a little dismayed by the shrinking selection on Westwind`s site, the place where I used to buy my of my superfigs, still I am sure I can find another supplier.
