WWII German Micro Armor tanks

I have painted for a friend some german WWII tanks.  They are 1/285th size. they are  1cm long.



2 stugs III,  2 panthers and Two PzV (?)

The "Pz V(?)" look like the Panther IIs with the proposed Schmalturm turret.  Neither actually made it into production.  Two prototype hulls and two prototype turrets were manufactured I believe. Neither were actually mated together.  

A Panther II chassis without turret was captured by the Americans at the end of the war.  it is now on display in the Patton Museum mated to a Panther G turret.  A Schmalturm was captured by the British. Sadly after it had exceeded its scientific usefulness it spent many years on a firing range before being rescued in a somewhat sad state and is now on display, unrestored, in the Bovingdon Tank Museum.

Panther and Panzer V are two names for the same thing. A Panther is a Panzer V, and vice versa.

I think there are 2 PZIVs there with side skirts is it an H? not the best at tank recognition

When I said what letter, I meant it. I can't tell an Ausf. B from an Ausf. F from an ausfahrt.

I do, however know which Roman Numeral goes with which tank, and never said that I couldn't. Even five-year-old children know as much.


So nothing has bitten me on the ass today, my good man.

No, those are StuG III G (or maybe StuG IV), no turretses
