Wow! Thanks for all the comments, they're very much appreciated.  :)

Argonor, Alfrik and Tommy20 - the cobblestoned roads are very easy to make. I buy cork tiles from the local DIY store, cut them into strips and stick embossed wallpaper on to them. I keep the sections short to avoid warping. I'm not sure how easy it is to get cork tiles where you are but if you need any of the embossed wallpaper I've got heaps of it.
Don't!

Totleben, you're welcome.

I need to get to B&Q and see if they have any.

I get the cork tiles from Wickes and the wallpaper from B&Q and Homebase if that's any help.

  lol

Speaking of immaculate I want to put some ruined buildings together but I'm finding the thought of that more daunting than any of the builds I've done so far.

Easy fix - make a bunch to your current standard then jump up and down on them - eh voila!!

Two of my favorite things to see on LAF: "VSF" & " Pic Heavy". Good show!
-J

And don't you just love how he makes "Pic Heavy" look like an apology, Herr Baron?  lol

"Not the most epic battle as VSF goes..." So modest!  lol lol

By the way, where in Independence do you play? Any good shoppes in the area?

@Thunderchicken If you happen to come upon a maker's name for the wall paper, I know I'd appreciate it. Not sure if it would necessarily be in our shoppes, but well worth a look.

Beast,
As far as shops go, if your talking VSF, nothing. I get everything vie the Intranets. The few places around here cater to the GW crowd. There's Tabletop over in Overland Park, KS if your in the area. I do, however, highly recommend our RECRUITS convention if you can make down from Nebraska.

Thanks chaps.

Doug, the wallpaper is the DIY stores own brand (Homebase) so I doubt they export it. If you have no luck sourcing any let me know.

Nice idea with the wallpaper.. I'll have to keep my eyes pealed.

Everything looks great.. I love the dense terrain. Just gorgeous.
