ROUND 10 The Mummy vs House of Blue Leaves

Both entries are very nice! THe Mummy is simply great painting in a great setting, good job! The other one is rather funny! Cool twist on a ninja theme with the orks, and the basing is totally whacky, great job!

Great idea with the 2nd enty. Unfortunately the orcs look a little too just black, if you get my meaning. I find black to be the hardest color to paint. Haven't found a good solution yet, either.

Concept of the House of Blue Leaves is a good one, but needs a little more colour. Try highlighting balck in a dark grey with a lighter grey for an ultra highlight. LLike the Mummy entry a lot, where did you get those Arabs?

Thanks for the comments. I've actually highlighted the black with a brown. But once again my picture taking skills leave a lot to be desired.

The Arabs are Artizan as is everything else except Rick who's Copplestone. They're from the WW1 range and one is from the Thrilling Tales line (the one with his hand on his brow).
