Excellent work both! Hammers, this was indeed one of your better entries, if I can even say such a thing (the animal market was probably my favourite though). Chambers, your Untouchables are really great and with this entry you really show that you can really work with a bit of scenery if you want to, lovely!

Fantastic entry, Patrick - some of your best painted miniatures yet and a stunning photo, too!

This was really tough, both the entires are excellent. I went with the one I would game in most.

Both entries are superb, but in the end, I had to go with the Untouchables - but I think when the choice is so tough to make, it often comes down to unquantifiable things, like the "feel" of the entry, if that makes sense. Beautiful work on these, Patrick - I've been working through my own Copplestone gangsters, and if I could paint them half as well as these are painted, I would be a very, very happy man.

I second Hawkeye's comment about the gangsters.  Fantastic work on both entries and two more pictures for my reference photo collection.

This round round was fun to do. I knew what I was going to paint when I heard the theme for round 10. Thanks all for the kind words. Hammers is having a great season and he is one of my inspirations on this forum.

I figured that I should try some scenery this round. I was easier to photograph than I thought it would be.

The truck is from Tin's Toys, 1934 Ford BB-157 Truck, 1:43 scale, according to the tiny print on the underside. Got it off Ebay.
