Perry Wars of The Roses Prickers and Scurrers
« on: May 28, 2011, 05:41:35 PM »
Perry scurrers / scurriers / scourers / prickers - as you prefer.

Metal figures with a few plastic head swaps (because I don't like cavalry in kettle hats, they just look silly).

Most of the lances are Warlord plastic ECW pikes - I knew that box would be good for something in the end.

Oh yes, and they're not all sitting on the horses they came with - I've swapped a few around from other packs...

And for those that like to see brush strokes...

Stunning as always :-* I really like the different poses (after looking at the originals) but if you would indulge me for a moment, the black and white horse, although beautifully painted, looks a bit like a cow  :? (don't hit me  :) )

cheers

James

I'm really starting to like these figures. A purchase may soon be in order...

Must you make them look so good, Captain?

The extreme close-up in the last pic actually looks better than the others. Can't see any errors etc. How'd you manage that  :o
