That's a great looking system - the summoning rooms are superb.

Seeing this makes me realise I need some modular dungeon terrain in my life...NOW!  Bloody marvellous.  Can we have a report of you crawl?   What rules will you be using?

Great work! I really love the big room in red scheme and the other one in green. We want more!

Thanx for your motivating comments... ;)

Not a report, but some gaming pics from the last crawl. We used a kind of simplified D&D 4. edition. So each of the 4 Gamers gets one character: Rouge (damagedealer), Dwarf (tank), Druid (healer), Magician (distance-killer)...
Worked quite well, except that 1 or 2 gamers were not to comfortable with their "support-chracters"... :?

Entrance to the dungeon. 2 Orcs on patrol....

Deeper in the dugeon, unfortunately I forget to bring morre doors... ;D

In the crypt...

The last enemy: Dr. Death himself... :o lol

It was an old-school dungeon-crawl with lots of monsters and humor, but no communicational interaction: no theater just killing... :D

The tilesystem worked great. It was quick to build up and easy to transport... ;)

DV... :)

Perfect! I did something similar to what you did with the d&d 4th system. Pics and so coming soon.

Last night Icouldn't sleep well, so I got up and builded a new add-on for my dungeon. It's a little extension for my lavapool-room... :D

The idea is, to have a big guy guarding a treasure and a smaller magican or shooter to help hin against the heroes.
The only entrance is via the small door.

Took me about an hour and a half. The floor painting is freehand...

The tiles are fantastic and l really enjoy seeing the old school minis.  Ral Partha are still my favorites closely followed by Grenadier.  Is that fachion (I think that's the name of the one armed, one legged creature) in that last picture a Citadel mini?

I'm AMAZED with your WONDERFUL work!

Your tiles really capture that "DungeonCrawl" feel, and fill the bill for look-play-transportation compromise perfectly.

Any chances that you explain us how do you carve your floor tiles? (Insert sad, needy "puss in boots" face here)  ;)

They look MARVELOUS!

Thanks for shering your GORGEOUS tiles with us.

Best wishes.
I know you're too old to play with toy soldiers. So give them to me... NOW!

I love these.
It's funny even without walls, they have a real 3-D feel to them.
I've been wanting to do a underground tunnel/bunker type project for a while now, but storage has been a concern.
After seeing your work, I've come to the conclusion that the walls definitely aren't necessary.

Thanks for the inspiration! :)

Its really simple: I just used a pencil or pen and carved the foam. Its a bit like drawing, just as some kind of 3d.
After that I primed the roomes with black and drybrushed the colour over that. Its rather simple: no special tools needed... ;)
