Old GW Fig -- What is it?

Hi--I have an old GW Fig that I can't identify. The base says GW 1987. The other side has mostly been filed down, presumably to get the tab into the base, but the two remaining letters are ----NE or ----ME (hard to read). The paint job obviously doesn't make it any easier.

This is an old Rogue Trader-era Inquisitor figure.

Shown in the 1988 Citadel catalogue on SOL here:

Oh Geeze. There he is. I looked through my copy of this catalogue, but didn't spot it. So, the base probably was "MARINE". Makes sense. Thanks Heldrak!

Thats "the hooded tabard" have him as a librarian in my old blood angels army

i think the tab just reads marine
