Japanese Paratrooper - New miniature added
« on: 04 July 2011, 01:25:39 AM »
Hi Guys,

I've already shown this fellow on my blog with some other Japanese I painted, but I managed to borrow my daughter's camera and took another photograph of the miniature.

Michael Broadbent designed the helmet for a customer in the USA an I fitted this to a Brigade Games/Company B Japanese miniature as a test case. This fellow I painted as SNLF paratrooper petty officer 1st class.

Thanks for looking.

Really nice work. ;)
I like the subtlety of the uniform.
And the base looks great.

Just finished another Japanese Paratrooper conversion. This Japanese miniature was originally shouting orders before I got to him with the cutters. Also added to my collection is a converted Japanese NCO. Originally he had a helmet, but I wanted to have a guy with glasses, cap and naturally I had to paint some teeth. This guy was a rush job at the time

There is so much scope with the Brigade Games/Company B PacWar range.

Thanks to Michael Broadbent for the photos.

Thanks for looking.

Helen
