The Captain has a Secret

Captain Mimi Rouge, while a tough leader, is generous in sharing her treasures with her crew.  Her ability to "turn" what would appear to be serious or fatal wounds in combat is legendary. But perhaps the captains good luck and seeming invulnerability owes is its roots to some other means...

Her story continues here:

Thanks for looking,

I bet the Captain has more than one secret, great mini. Love the painting. Also looked over your blog, especially the Marine figures, pretty cool. I like all the different periods of Marines collected.

A big thank you to your son for his service to the country.

Oh so true, she has many secrets...

Thanks for the comments on my USMC project.  The Idea is to eventually paint up at least a squad of Marines from every major conflict from the American Revolution till today.  Still looking for some good 28mm M-14 armed Vietnam Era Marines that are available in the US. When I get done the squads will be a gift for my son Thomas, Lance Corporal USMC

I will pass on your thanks to Thomas for his service.

Great figure - where is it from?

She is Captain Sophie, from Reaper.
Here are some other Reaper figures I have painted:

I especially like the look of the pepperbox armed vixen:

It looks like you clipped the wings off Capt. Soph.
Very nice looking paint job!

Thanks for the compliment. Yes and no on the wings-if you read here full story you'll see what I mean.
