Hi Swordsman,
For flesh colours I normally use the Foundry 3 pot system these days (not the fancy new ones, the plain old original set) - I use these for European flesh too, using Flesh A, B and C over a base of Dusky flesh A (or any other suitable dark brown. I tend to mix inter-shades too where the progressions seem too harsh. The only difference I make between Native Americans and Europeans is that I use flesh C for Europeans' highlights, but stop at B, or B mixed with a tad of C for highlighting Indians - it works for me anyway.

You could easily adopt a similar method by selecting 3 or 4 fleshes and a brown from the ranges of Citadel, Vallejo, or whichever paint you prefer.
I know that similar requests for painting "redskins" have cropped up before on here, so hopefully Captain Blood or one of the other chaps will direct us to them, as I seem to recall they contain some great and varied hints.
Also, you'll have seen several regular FIW contributors on here doing excellent paint jobs, so let's hope we hear from them too
